Strategic Initiative 3: Enhancing Academic–Practice Partnerships
Objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders to create a statewide coalition to address clinical placement challenges
- Collaborate with state-wide clinical partners to create a working group of faculty and health-care clinical educators to better understand each other’s challenges and explore possible solutions
Advance sustainable academic–practice partnerships that enhance workforce development, optimize clinical education infrastructure, and promote innovative, data-informed policies to strengthen the nursing pipeline and improve care delivery.
